Für den Zeitraum vom 01.02.2024 bis zum 01.03.2024 vermiete ich meine Wohnung in Berlin Weißensee, an der Grenze zum Prenzlauer Berg.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und die Miete für den Zeitraum beträgt 850€. Das Internet kann genutzt werden und ist im Preis inklusive. Ab dem 01.03.2024 bin ich wieder in Berlin und die Wohnung muss an diesem Tag verlassen werden. Bei der Rücknahme muss der gleiche Zustand wie bei der Übergabe herrschen. Für die Zeit wird ein Untermietvertrag aufgesetzt, zur Absicherung wird eine Kaution von 500€ benötigt, um möglichen Schäden und Diebstahl vorzubeugen.

For the period from 01.02.2024 to 01.03.2024 I rent my apartment in Berlin Weißensee, on the border to Prenzlauer Berg. The S-Bahn station Greifswalder Straße can be reached within 10 minutes by streetcar. Various supermarkets and stores for daily needs are within walking distance and a late-night supermarket is right on the doorstep.
The apartment is furnished and the rent for the period is 850€. Internet is available and included with the price. I will be back in Berlin from 01.03.2024 and the apartment must be vacated on this date. A subletting agreement will be drawn up for the period, and a deposit of €500 is required as security to prevent possible damage and theft. When I take it back, it must be in the same condition as when I handed it over.

Der S-Bahnhof Greifswalder Straße ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Diverse Supermärkte und Läden des täglichen Lebens sind fußläufig erreichbar und ein Spätkauf ist direkt vor der Haustür.
