Wunderschöne, helle möblierte 2 Zimmerwohnung im Herzen Weißensees zur Zwischenmiete für eine Person (Anmeldung bei Wunsch möglich). Ich lebe derzeit im Ausland, bin ab und zu (ca alle 2-3 Monate) in Berlin und möchte dann auch in der Wohnung wohnen können, bzw auf meiner Couch schlafen (daher nur girls, sorry guys!), selbstverständlich wird die Miete dann entsprechend weniger (wird dann einfach für die Zeit durch 2 geteilt).

Beautiful furnished, cozy and bright 2 room apartment in the heart of Weißensee for one female person. I live abroad and need to be in Berlin every couple of months for 2-3 weeks. In this time I will need to stay on the couch in this apartment (that's why girls only! Rent will be cut accordingly of course). Price includes high-speed internet, electricity and gas.

Sehr nette Nachbarschaft, der See Weißensee ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, es ist schön grün, es gibt viele Parks. Cafes und vielzählige EInkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Netto) im Umkreis von 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Very friendly neighborhood. You reach the lake Weißensee in 5 min walking. Beautiful parks, cafes, shopping facilities (Edeka, Aldi, Netto) in a 5 min walk.
3 min walking to Tram Antonplatz (M4, M13, 12)
5 min bike to Greifswalderstraße (Sbahn, Ring, S8, etc)
10 min by Tram to Prenzlauer Berg (Tram 12)
15 min Tram to Alexanderplatz (M4)
Bitte beachtet, dass ich in der Zeit, wenn ich in Berlin bin in meiner Wohnung wohnen möchte. Ich schlafe dann gern auf der Couch und auch sonst bin ich eine angenehme Mitbewohnerin. Das wird ca alle 2-3 Monate für 2-3 Wochen der Fall sein.
