we are renting out our beloved apartment in Weißensee, 3 walking minutes away from the lake. The apartment will be available from feb 14 until minimum the end of march.
The apartment has 103 meters squared, 3 bedrooms and has just recently been furnished. The living room and the office have couches/ day beds that can be converted into beds. The apartment is perfect for 2-3 people to live in.
You can reach the tram in 10 minutes and get to cute cafés, bars and restaurant in about 20minutes. 15 minutes cycle to Prenzlauerberg and 25 minutes to the center. Super and bio markets are in walking distance.
The sublets will be given access to a shared garden, towels, bed sheets, kitchen utilities, a robot hoover, TV, dishwasher, wash machine & fast wifi.
We are looking for people who can enjoy our cozy apartment and will treat it respectfully while we are gone.
