mein Freund und ich sind vom 15. Juli für 4 Wochen im Urlaub und stellen gerne unsere Wohnung für Berlin-Urlauber zur Verfügung. Es ist eine sehr schöne, luxuriöse, neue 3 Zimmerwohnung mit einer großen Wohnküche, 2 Bädern und einem Balkon. Es gibt 2 Schalfzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und ein Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es können also bis zu 6 Personen dort schlafen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Garibaldistraße 27 im Norden von Berlin. Die Lage ist eher ruhig, aber mit einer guten Anbindung an die Öffentlichen. Zur S-Bahn Station Wilhelmsruh läuft man 7-10 Minuten und ist schnell (ca. 20min) auch in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker etc. gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt einen grünen Innenhof und mehrere Parks in der Nähe.
Wir zahlen momentan 1500€ Miete im Monat, was für diese Wohnung ein sehr guter Preis ist.
Da es im Haus mehrere Familien gibt, wäre uns eine Familie daher ganz lieb. Die Wohnug ist aber auch für Paare geeignet. Haustiere wären nach Absprache auch möglich.
