The apartment can be occupied immediately and contains a bedroom and living room as well as a small and a large study-room /guest-room incl. spare bed and a balcony facing the backyard. Two rooms face the busy street, the bedroom and small study (no photo available) face the backyard and are very quiet, as are the kitchen and bathroom.
Electricity, internet and utilities are included in the price.

Ideally we are looking for one person or a couple. No pets and smokers please!
