Welcome to my large, quiet and sunny flat in Berlin:)
It is a 2 rooms apartment; only 12mins to Kudamm / Zoologischer Garten Berlin.
Apartment is fully equiped with a queen-size bed that sleeps 2, sparebed for 3rd person, bright lovely bathroom (bathtub), cute & fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 4 people, really comfortable livingroom with a big couch, TV & DVD-player, plus of course free WLAN. Moreover there is a really sunny balcony, perfect for having breakfast or just relaxing after a long day of sightseeing ;-)
Fresh linen and towels are included. Beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings and very quiet.
Its a safe and beautiful neighborhood, only 5mins to next grocery store and some cafes/ restaurants.

There are 2 convenient stops by my flat which will take you everywhere you want in a very short time. I am located within a 10 minute walk of the Train stations Blissestrasse (U7) and S-Bahn Bundesplatz (U9/ Ringbahn). Righjt in front opf the builiding are also different bus stops.
If you're here for a business trip, Messe is only 9 minutes by train!
Its a safe and beautiful neighborhood, only 5mins to next grocery store and some cafes/ restaurants.
