Da ich vom 20.4. - 15.6.2022 verreise, biete ich meine voll-möblierte, sehr helle, gemütliche Zwei-Zimmer- Souterrain Wohnung in familiärer Umgebung in Berlin-Zehlendorf zur Untermiete an. Sie ist in einer wunderschönen Umgebung, 3 U-Bahn Haltestellen von der FU entfernt, in Laufnähe zum Schlachtensee, Krumme Lanke und Grunewald für Naturliebhaber. Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit einem Bus (118, 622) direkt vor der Tür und in 5 min Laufnähe von der U3 Krumme Lanke und S1 Mexiko-Platz.

Die Wohnung hat einen separatem Eingang, ist voll ausgestattet und charmant eingerichtet: großes Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett (150 x 200 cm), ein Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Schlafsofa und Sessel und Arbeitsplatz, der als Durchgang zum Bad dient. Küche voll ausgestattet mit Essbereich (ohne Spülmaschine!). Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ist über einen Gang zu erreichen. Sonnen-Sitzplatz vor der Tür. WLAN vorhanden. Nur 1 Person, keine Partys oder pets (empfindliche Nachbarn).

Ruhige, saubere, nicht-Raucher, verantwortungsvolle am Besten single, Frau, 25+ erwünscht, die auf meine Sachen und Pflanzen gut aufpassen kann.

Monatliche Miete von 750,- EUR ist warm, Heizung, Strom, Wifi. Bettwäsche und Handtücher bei Bedarf vorhanden. Evtl. auch ein Fahrrad zur Ausleihe.
Endreinigung und falls gewünscht monatl. Reinigung 40,- EUR zusätzlich.

Kaution beträgt 500,- EUR (wird bei sachgemäßer Benutzung nach Auszug zurückbezahlt).
Zeitraum: vom 20.4. - 15.6. 2022
Du solltest eine Haftpflichtversicherung haben und mir einen aktuellen Gehaltsnachweis wie Personalausweis vorlegen können.

Cosy furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Berlin for short-term rent from 20.4.2022 - 15.6.2022. (eventually longer)
I am looking for a nice, quiet person, preferably a woman (25 yrs.+) non-smoker, to stay in my flat in the time I am travelling.

In a beautiful villa and familiar atmosphere in Berlin-Zehlendorf. In a calm, beautiful neighbourhood, surrounded by awesome villas. Within walking distance to wonderful lakes (Schlachtensee and Krumme Lanke) and Grunewald/forest for nature lovers. 5 minutes to public transport: Bus (118,622) just in front of the door, U3 Krumme Lanke and S1 Mexiko Platz and still within the inner circle. The 65 m2 sunny souterrain apartment has a separate entrance, is tastefully decorated, big bedroom with a very comfortable bed, living room with cosy sofa and swinging armchair, the kitchen fully equipped and the separate bathroom with bath and washing machine reachable over a gangway. There is a sunny, quiet place to sit outside. Wi-Fi is available.
Only 1 person.

The flat is for a quiet, single person, non-smoker, preferably a woman/student (25 yrs. +) who could take good care of my things and plants and would keep a nice relationship with my lovely neighbours and house inhabitants. No pairs or pets wished. Not suitable for sharing as there is a ‘passage room’ to the bathroom.

The monthly rent is 750,- EUR /month with all costs included (heating, electricity and wifi, the use of all my furniture, towels and bed linen as well as bicycle if needed included).
Final Cleaning (and optional cleaning once/month) additionally 40,- EUR.

Deposit: 500,- EUR (reimbursed after moving out and proper use of furniture)
You should hand out copy of payslips of last 3 months (or some kind of guarantee), personal id, and liability insurance.
