Hola juntos,

Estoy buscando un alquiler intermedio en Berlín para julio,
Yo (w,33, Healthcare) vivo en Munich y vengo regularmente a Berlín para visitar a mis amigos. Tuve un trabajo hasta el verano, que una vez hizo posible un mes, y que ahora procede de anhelar la ciudad y la gente en privado:)
En cuanto a Kiez, Soy relativamente flexible - pero generalmente algo entre Pberg y Kreuzberg y Neukölln prefiere tener mis amigos (y mis estudios de yoga :) cerca. Para trabajar, tengo diferentes opciones de oficina que puedo lograr desde allí. Importante:
¡Esperar ofertas, incluso si no cubren todo el período! (Estoy mirando regularmente y también abierto al intercambio de apartamentos si alguien quiere pasar algún tiempo en Munich)

Estoy buscando un alquiler a corto plazo en Berlín durante unas 3-5 semanas en julio (facilitar fechas exactas). El alquiler no tiene que cubrir todo el período - Estoy abierto a cualquier oferta, incluso si son sólo por parte del tiempo.
Vivo en Munich pero vengo a Berlín con mucha regularidad, por lo general una semana al mes durante los últimos años. Recientemente, despedirme cada vez se ha vuelto más difícil, y como estoy actualmente entre trabajos, me gustaría donar un tramo más largo en Berlín este verano.
Soy bastante flexible con respecto al barrio, pero generalmente prefiero cualquier cosa entre Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg y Neukölln para poder estar cerca de amigos (y mis estudios de yoga). Mi presupuesto no es enorme ya que voy a estar pagando alquiler en Munich y estoy entre empleos, pero también mis estándares para el período :)

Me encantaría saber sobre cualquier lugar disponible! (I so search for places in Berlin regularly and am currently considering stay for a few months from cancellation).

ich suche nach einer Zwischenmiete in Berlin für den Juli,
Ich (w,33, Healthcare) lebe in München und komme regelmäßig nach Berlin, um meine Freunde zu besuchen. Ich hatte bis zum Sommer einen Job, der mit das einmal monatlich ermöglicht hat und führe das nun aus Sehnsucht nach der Stadt und den Menschen privat fort :)
Bzgl Kiez bin ich relativ flexibel - generell aber irgendwas zwischen Pberg über Kreuzberg u Neukölln bevorzugt, um meine Freunde (und meine Yogastudios :) in der Nähe zu haben. Zum Arbeiten habe ich unterschiedliche Office-Optionen, die ich von dort gut erreichen kann. Wichtig:
Freue mich über Angebote, gerne auch, wenn sie nicht den ganzen Zeitraum abdecken! (Generell suche ich regelmäßig und bin auch offen für Wohnungsswaps, falls jemand mal eine Zeit in München verbringen möchte)

I'm looking for a short-term rental in Berlin for around 3–5 weeks in July (exact dates flexible). The rental doesn’t have to cover the whole period - I’m open to any offers, even if they’re just for part of the time.
I currently live in Munich but come to Berlin very regularly, usually about one week per month over the last few years. Recently, saying goodbye each time has become harder, and since I’m currently between jobs, I’d like to spend a longer stretch in Berlin this summer.
I’m pretty flexible regarding the neighborhood, but generally prefer anything between Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg, and Neukölln so I can be close to friends (and my yoga studios). My budget isn’t huge since I’ll still be paying rent in Munich and I’m in between jobs, but so are my standards for the period :)

Would love to hear about any available places! (I also search for places in Berlin regularly and am currently considering staying for a few months from autumn onwards.)
