A big, bright, fully furnished apartment, right next to Admiralsbrücke, 7 minutes away from Schönleinstrasse train station and ten minutes away from Kottbusertor. It's surrounded by many nice cafes, bars, and restaurants.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a lift in the building. High ceilings and sunny throughout the day. It is very suitable for a couple with a child (toys and a tiny desk to draw and much to play with.)
It's also suitable for two people or more visiting the city and would like to enjoy one of the nicest areas in Berlin!
Fast internet, a piano, and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed for the daily life.
Rent periods are flexible.

The flat is located in the middle of many nice cafes and restaurants. 7 minutes away from the bus station and the train station that can take you to the heart of the city in a very short period. There are many shops, wine shops near by and even a small shop that opens on Sunday.
It can be checked at anytime before the 1st of August, can also video call to speak the terms. The flat belongs to two a small family with artistic background. We would like to sublet it for a short period when we are away from Berlin. Rent, rent period is flexible. We would like people who would take care of the flat and keep it clean with respect to the very few rules.
Smoking is only allowed in the kitchen.
