Beautiful apartment for sublet in Berlin Mitte from 23-26 December (dates are flexible). With two double beds and a pull out couch, the space is suitable for 1-4 people.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a bookshelf, and built in storage for clothing. The room also has a lovely old fireplace (non functional). The flat is quite stylish, as it was formerly used as an art gallery space. There is also a washing machine in the flat!
The flat is situated on a very quiet street in berlin Mitte, next to the famous Babylon Theatre and the Volksbühne. Just 5 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz, so you are as well connected to public transport as one can possibly be. The cost to rent the apartment per night is €45.

Schöne Wohnung zur Untervermietung in Berlin Mitte vom 23. bis 26. Dezember (Termine sind flexibel). Mit zwei Doppelbetten und einer ausziehbaren Couch ist der Raum für 1-4 Personen geeignet.
Beide Schlafzimmer sind komplett mit einem Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Bücherregal und einem eingebauten Stauraum für Kleidung ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat auch einen schönen alten Kamin (nicht funktionsfähig). Die Wohnung ist ziemlich stilvoll, da sie früher als Kunstgalerieraum genutzt wurde. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Straße in Berlin Mitte, neben dem berühmten Babylon-Theater und der Volksbühne. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Alexanderplatz, so dass Sie so gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verbunden sind, wie man nur sein kann. Die Kosten für die Anmietung der Wohnung pro Nacht betragen 45 €.
