{Jan/Feb 2024} Möblierte Altbauwohnung Mitte/Prenzlberg

We are looking for somebody to sublet (incl an sublet agreemenr) our furnished apartment.

We have 4 rooms:
Living Room
Bedroom
Kidsroom 1
Kidsroom 2

plus
2 Bathrooms
Kitchen
Balcony

Kitchen
the kitchen is connected to the living room with a double door, which makes the layout a bit more open. a nice bench in the kitchen, which we love to hang around on for board games, dinner and breakfast.

an Elevator is available. we also have a small garden, potentially something for reall small kids.

The area

the area is perfectly connected to the city life: Rosenthaler Platz, Kastanienallee, entire Prenzlauer Berg are accessible by walking. At the same time the street is pretty quiet, some traffic, but not ver heavy. And since its a residential street without restaurants or bars super quiet at night.

Every friday there is a small farmers market, with plenty of people and families hanging out.

Overall one of the nicest few blocks in Berlin in my opinion. Quiet, little traffic but within walking distance to all you need and well connected to the rest of the city.

Through U8 you are in Kreuzberg in no time, the U2 also takes you across the city. and if you want to go to the airport, the FEX at Gesundbrunnen runs every half hour to the airport in 25 mins nonstop.

We are looking for 1 or 2 months, but if there is interest we could also consider renting until the end of the summer.

Since this all runs officially via the landlord we need all the documents usually needed.
