Die Küche ist getrennt vom Wohnbereich, gemütlich und voll ausgestattet.
Ein kleiner Balkon schließt sich an das Wohnzimmer an. Hier kann man die Nachmittagssonne bestens genießen.

The apartment has two nice large rooms that invite you to relax, work or just enjoy. The corridor provides enough space to store all the supplies and necessary things (vacuum cleaner, laundry rack) behind curtains.
The kitchen is separated, cozy and fully equipped.
A small balcony offers enough space to enjoy the afternoon sun.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Boxhagener Platz, wo jeden Samstag ein Wochenmarkt und jeden Sonntag ein Flohmarkt stattfindet. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Trotz der belebten Umgebung ist die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, sehr ruhig und nachts überwiegend leise.

The apartment is close to Boxhagener Platz, where you can find a market every Saturday and flea market every Sunday. Many good restaurants, cafés and bars nearby.
Despite the lively neighbourhood, the street where the apartment is located is very quiet and mostly silent at night.
Ich suche nach einer netten und vertrauensvollen Person, die ein paar Tage in Berlin verbringen möchte. Meine Wohnung liegt mir am Herzen und möchte auch so behandelt werden! Nicht mehr als zwei Personen, keine Tiere. Es gibt viele tolle Gelegenheiten zum Feiern in unmittelbarer Nähe - Meine Wohnung ist das nicht! ;-)
Wöchentliche Reinigung inbegriffen!

I‘m looking for a nice and trustworthy person, who wants to spend some time in Berlin. My apartment is my heart and would like to be treated like that. Not more than two people, no pets. There are enough opportunities to party nearby - my apartment is not one of them! ;-)
