Hey there, since I'll be away for work throughout December, I'd love to let someone I can trust take care of my 2-bedroom apartment in Schöneberg. I've only moved in a few months ago, so the décor is on the minimal side, but you'll find everything you need. Da ich beruflich im Dezember nicht in Berlin sein werde, möchte ich gerne meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schöneberg jemandem anvertrauen, dem ich voll und ganz vertrauen kann. Ich bin erst vor ein paar Monaten eingezogen, daher ist der Einrichtungsstil noch als minimalistisch zu beschreiben, aber es ist alles da, was du brauchst. Die Wohnung ist super modern, total ruhig, in bester Lage und die Nachbarn sind auch echt nett. Sie hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht!

Ich persönlich bin großer Fan der Lage - die Wohnung liegt direkt auf der Grenze zwischen Schöneberg und Tiergarten, ist umgeben von Gallerien, Cafes und Bars und die Parks Tiergarten und Gleisdreck sind super nah. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt vor der Tür - Kurfürstenstraße, Nollendorfplatz, Bülowstraße. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen Berlins.
warm rent for this apartment is 1300€ for me every month - i‘m willing to offer it cheaper to someone i can trust.
I'd potentially be flexible with the move-in and move-out dates, you can reach me anytime and of course, I've got bedding covered too! ;)
