Schöne ruhige 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon zur Untermiete für 6-12 Monate

Sehr schöne und ruige 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Bessere Fotos folgen. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Balkon (Ostseite) und Übergang zum Schlafzimmer, hier keine Tür sondern ein offener Bogen. Geräumige Küche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Bad mit Badewanne. Untermiete für 6-12 Monate da ich einen Forschungsaufenthalt habe. Gesucht wird nach einer ruhigen, wertschätzenden und respektvollen Person da die Wohnungseigentümer im selben Haus wohnen. Daher keine Parties sondern eher Richtung Ruhe Oase. Tendenziell würde ich unmöbliert untervermieten, kann aber gerne bei Bedarf einige oder alle Möbel in der Wohnung lassen. Nichtraucher Wohnung und keine Haustiere erlaubt. Auf Grund des Grindrisses vermiete ich nur an Einzelpersonen.

Spacy and cozy appartment with lots of light due to the big windows. Kitchen fully equipped (fridge freezer washingmashine) and 2 connecting rooms. Nice balcony facing east. Quiet neighborhood so no parties as the landlord lives in the building but also a great place to chill and work. Renting for 6 months possibility to extend another 6 months as I’m doing a fellowship. Would rent unfurnished but can leave furniture if wished. Will upload more fotos on the weekend. No pets and no smoking. Due to the structure I am only looking to rent to one person.
