Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne, kernsanierte 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Leben benötigt wird. WiFi ist vorhanden.

Das Wohnzimmer hat einen schönen Holzesstisch und einen Fernseher mit Smart TV.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein sehr gemütliches Boxspringbett (1,80m).
Das tageslichtbad Bad ist komplett kernsaniert und wunderbar ausgestattet. Auch die Kühe ist komplett saniert und vollausgestattet (auch mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine) und auch alle anderen Geräte können gerne benutzt werden.

I rent out my beautiful apartment in the North of P-Berg, preferably to a single person or a couple.
It has 2 rooms (one bedroom and a living room), a bathroom, a separate kitchen. It is fully equipped with everything you need (including laundry machine and dishwasher), and has WiFi.

The living room has dining table and a Smart-TV.
The bedroom has an wardrobe and a very comfortable box-spring bed (1.80m).
The bathroom has a window.
The kitchen is well-equipped and you can use all the products.

Location

Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt im Seitenflügel Richtung Innenhof, daher sind keinerlei Geräusche zu vernehmen. Die Lage und Infrastruktur ist super. Die Tram fährt nahezu direkt vor der Haustür, die S- und U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee sind 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt. Im nahen Umkreis sind alle Geschäfte, die man zum täglichen Leben benötigt (Supermarkt, Ärzte, Sparkasse / Volksbank, Drogeriemarkt) und auch eine schöne Auswahl an Restaurants, Bars und Cafés sind direkt ums Eck.

The house is very quiet and clean. The apartment is located in a quiet backyard and there are no noises from the street. The location of the flat is great. It is very well connected (close to S & U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee, Tram-Station right in front of the door) and all stores to run daily errands are close by (supermarket, doctors, bank, ..). The area has many nice restaurants, bars and cafés.

Miscellaneous

Ich werde Platz für deine Sachen räumen, allerdings auch ein paar persönliche Dinge in der Wohnung lassen (ein paar Kleidungsstücke, Schuhe, Lebensmittel, ..).
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (Gas, Strom, Internet, ...).
Kein Rauchen erlaubt.

The rent includes all costs (gas, electricity, WiFi, ..).
No smoking allowed in the apartment.
