Große Küche, großes Zimmer, hohe Decken, hell, super gelegen. Was will man mehr?
Der Lausitzer Platz ist verkehrsberuhigt (keine Autos und man darf auf der Straße laufen :) ). Es ist einfach gemütlich in dieser Nachbarschaft. Das Haus ist ruhig, es gibt nie Probleme mit den Nachbarn. Daher suche ich auch ruhige Menschen.
Die Wohnung liegt mir sehr am Herzen und ich wünsche mir verantwortungsvolle Untermieter. Die Wohnung ist bei Paaren sehr beliebt, daher kann ich das sehr empfehlen.
Perfekt gelegen in 4 Minuten vom Görlitzer Bahnhof. Busse Richtung Ostbahnhof gibt's auch direkt um die Ecke :)
Ansonsten in Laufnähe:
- Görlitzer Park
- Mariannenpark
- Unzählige Restaurants & Cafes
- Lidl, DM, BioCompany
- Markthalle 9
Zur Spree oder in die andere Richtung zum Kanal ist auch nicht weit :)
