Ich suche eine verantwortungsvolle und ruhige Person die meine Wohnung wie ihre eigene behandelt. Rauchen in der Wohnung ist untersagt.
Die angegebene Miete ist für den gesamten Zeitraum von 13 Tagen und beinhaltet alle Warm- und Nebenkosten wie WLAN.
Zwischenmiete - das heißt die Wohnung ist NUR für den angegebenen Zeitraum verfügbar.

TEMPORARY RENTAL FOR 13 DAYS
I am renting out my apartment from May 30th to June 09th, 2024.
The rent for the period is 350€ including heating.
Registration is obviously not possible! The apartment is a beautiful, renovated old building apartment that is simply furnished but has everything you need.
I am looking for a responsible and quiet person who will treat my apartment like their own. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.
The stated rent is for the entire period of 13 days and includes all heating and additional costs such as WiFi.
Temporary rental - this means the apartment is ONLY available for the stated period.
If you need the apartment a few days earlier, we can talk about it. The apartment is available until June 10th at the latest.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten entfernt vom Kurfürstendamm in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. In wenigen Minuten Entfernung befindet sich sowohl eine U-Bahn als auch eine Ringbahnstation mit der man sehr gut angebunden ist. Außerdem fährt ein Bus von hier direkt zum Olivaer Platz am Kurfürstendamm oder zum Zoologischen Garten.
Mehrere Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. In 10 Minuten Entfernung befindet sich ein großer Edeka der 24h geöffnet hat.
Die Gegend ist eine der schönsten in Berlin. Sehr ruhig und sicher.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the borough of Charlottenburg Wilmersdorf. Arguably the most expensive and up-market area in Berlin, also super safe. It's 10 minutes away from the famous Kurfürstendamm with side streets full of art galleries, cafés, brunch places, restaurants, high-end rooftop bars etc.
Direct transport links to Zoologischer Garten, Olivaer Platz, Kurfürstendamm, Berlin Ringbahn.
It's also close to the Charlottenburg Palace and next to Grunewald with many beautiful lakes and nature to escape the city.
Die Wohnung ist für vom 28. Mai. bis maximal 10. Juni 2024 verfügbar.
