We are offering our lovely apartment for temporary rental from July 20th to August 31st. The apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Friedenau, just 500 meters from the S-Bahn station and 100 meters from bus stops for lines 187 and 143. You can also reach the Ringbahn at Innsbrucker Platz within a 15-minute walk.

This location is perfect for those who want to be close to the city yet enjoy a tranquil environment. The apartment receives sunlight from both the front and back sides and features a balcony with a beautiful green view.

Our home is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen and household appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Additionally, there is a nice TV and a workspace suitable for working from home.

The monthly rent is €1550, and we require a deposit of €3100
