El apartamento consta de: 1 dormitorio con cama doble, 1 amplio salón, 1 cocina equipada, 1 baño con bañera, 1 walk-in closet, 1 pasillo largo. En total es de 70 metros cuadrados.
Downstairs también hay un patio compartido con un jardín bien cuidado!

La idea de ahora sería salir del apartamento durante 3 meses (del 22 de julio). Durante este período decidiremos si dejarla por más tiempo o no. Lo subtitábamos (¡por lo que durante los 3 meses no sería posible registrarse en esta dirección!).

El apartamento está totalmente amueblado y todo funciona (agua caliente, horno, luces, lavadora. ¡No hay Wifi! No se permite fumar. También hay varias plantas que nos preocupan mucho y nos gustaría que se cuiden durante este período (nada especial, agua justa y vigilarlas).
El alquiler total es de 1485 €. Habría un depósito de un mes de alquiler (que estará satisfecho con usted una vez que regresemos si no hay daños mayores en la búsqueda como muebles rotos). Obviamente habrá un contrato para todo esto

En la planta baja también hay un patio compartido con jardín bien mantenido!

El plan es inicialmente un alquiler intermedio durante 3 meses (a partir del 22 de julio). Durante este tiempo decidiremos si podemos alquilar el apartamento por un periodo más largo. Es un subletter – por lo tanto, un registro bajo esta dirección no es posible durante los tres meses.

El apartamento está totalmente amueblado y todo funciona perfectamente (agua caliente, horno, luz, lavadora. ¡No hay Wi-Fi! No se permite fumar en el apartamento.
También hay algunas plantas que están muy cerca de nuestros corazones – estaríamos felices si alguien los está buscando durante nuestra ausencia (no especial, sólo vierte y echa un ojo en él).

El alquiler total es de 485 €. Además, se paga un depósito de un mes de alquiler, por supuesto, si no se ha producido ningún daño importante (por ejemplo, muebles dañados).

Downstairs there is also a shared courtyard with a well-kept garden!

The idea for now would be to leave the apartment for 3 months (from the 22 of July). During this period we will decide whether to leave it for longer or not. We sublet it (so during the 3 months it would not be possible to register at this address!).

The apartment is fully furnished and everything works (hot water, oven, lights, washing machine. There is no Wifi)! Smoking is not allowed. There are also several plants that we care about a lot and we would like them to be taken care of during this period (nothing special, just water and keep an eye on them).
The total rent is €1485. There would also be a deposit of one month's rent (which will be returned to you once we come back if there are no major damages such as broken furniture). There will obviously be a contract for all of this 🙏

Die Wohnung besteht aus: 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 großzügigem Wohnzimmer, 1 Wohnküche, 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne, 1 begehbarem Kleiderschrank sowie einem langen Flur. Insgesamt sind es 70 Quadratmeter.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es außerdem einen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Innenhof mit gepflegtem Garten!

Geplant ist zunächst eine Zwischenvermietung für 3 Monate (ab dem 22. Juli). In dieser Zeit werden wir entscheiden, ob wir die Wohnung eventuell für einen längeren Zeitraum untervermieten. Es handelt sich um eine Untervermietung – eine Anmeldung unter dieser Adresse ist während der drei Monate daher leider nicht möglich.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und alles funktioniert einwandfrei (Warmwasser, Ofen, Licht, Waschmaschine. Es gibt allerdings kein WLAN)! Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.
Es gibt außerdem einige Pflanzen, die uns sehr am Herzen liegen – wir würden uns freuen, wenn während unserer Abwesenheit jemand ein wenig auf sie achtet (nichts Besonderes, einfach gießen und ein Auge darauf haben).

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 1.485 €. Zusätzlich fällt eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete an, die natürlich zurückgezahlt wird, sofern keine größeren Schäden (z. B. beschädigte Möbel) entstanden sind.
Selbstverständlich wird es für alles einen Mietvertrag geben. 🙏
