Este es el apartamento perfecto para una estancia corta de verano en Berlín :)

Estoy sublezando mi hermoso apartamento durante casi un mes este junio. Tiene dos habitaciones (habitación viva y dormitorio) por lo que es perfecto para una persona o una pareja. Está orientado al sureste por lo que hay mucha luz. Además de las dos habitaciones hay un baño y cocina incluida en el salón. Fue recientemente renovado en 2017 por lo que es agradable y acogedor. Bono: se encuentra en una de las mejores y más modernas zonas de la ciudad, justo al lado del canal, con Pavillon y La Maison a pocos pasos.

Las fechas son flexibles, el apartamento está disponible desde el 31 de mayo (disponible por la tarde) - 23 (fecha de salida) de junio, pero también con mucho gusto en un alquiler/noche más corto.

Sólo personas respetuosas y dignas de confianza, fiestas o mascotas no permitidas. Tampoco fumadores. Calma.

This is the perfect apartment for a short summer stay in Berlin :)

I’m subletting my beautiful apartment for almost a month this June. It has two rooms (living room and bedroom) so it’s perfect for one person or a couple. It’s oriented to the southeast so there’s a lot of light. Besides the two rooms there’s a bathroom and kitchen included in the living room space. It was freshly renovated in 2017 so it’s nice and cozy. Bonus: it’s located at one of the best and trendiest areas of the city, right next to the canal, with Pavillon and La Maison just a few steps.

Dates are flexible, the apartment is available from 31st May (available in the afternoon) - 23rd (date of moving out) of June but also keen on a shorter rental/night.

Only respectful and trustworthy people please, parties or pets not allowed. Also no smokers. Clean & calm.
