Die Wohnung wurde gerade frisch renoviert und wird von uns teilmöbliert zwischenvermietet, da wir selbst erst im Dezember einziehen können.
Die Wohnung ist überall sehr hell mit enorm vielen Fenster und Oberlichtern und von rustikalen Dachbalken durchzogen. Fußboden ist Parkett, in der Küche und im Bad gefließt.
In der Küche wurde ein neuer Kühlschrank und eine neue Spülmaschine eingebaut und eine kleine aber komplette Basis Kochausstattung ist vorhanden.
Das Bad hat Tageslicht durch ein großes Oberlicht. Dusche inklusive kleinem Wannenbad.
Großes lichtdurchflutetes Wohn- und Esszimmer, im Essbereich ein uriger Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, im Wohnbereich mit einer Ledercouch und 2 passenden Hocker.
Das Schlafzimmer ist abgetrennt durch eine große Schiebetür und kommt mit Bett (200x140cm) und Kleideraufbewahrung.
Das Arbeits/Kinderzimmer ist aktuell leer und kann nach Belieben genutzt werden.
Dachterasse zum Innenhof.

We're subtletting our freshly rennovated top floor (5th) apartment (part-furnished) as we're unable to move in til December ourselves.
The apartment benefits from plenty of natural light and the high ceilings and rustic wooden beams are a nice feature. There are parquet floors in the bedrooms/living area and the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.
Kitchen has built-in (and brand new) fridge/freezer and dishwasher. It's also equipped with basic pots/pans/cutlery. There's a little breakfast bar with bar stools.
The bathroom is lit by a big skylight and has a shower with a small tub.
There's a giant light-filled living-room/dining room, with a little retro kitchen table and chairs, and a comfy leather couch / seating area.
The main bedroom is separated from the living room by large sliding doors and comes with a double-bed and clothes rack/shelving.
A second bedroom/office is currently empty and can be used for whatever you like.
The balcony looks out over the rooftops on the yard-side of the flat.

An der Grenze zwischen Kreuzberg und Neukölln, super Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.
