I am looking for a single person or a couple to sublet this flat!
I currently live in this flat and am helping the owner to find a new Tenant. The owner is called 'Sven', he is living / travelling Asia, he is ideally looking for someone to rent for 6 months to 1 year.
The flat is beautiful, big and bright! The flat is not suitable for flatshare. Large living room, large bedroom and bathroom and medium sized kitchen, perfect for couples or a single person.
The flat is in a old building on the 4th floor with no elevator, there is a shared courtyard.
The WARM rent is 1300 EUR.
Internet is not included in the price, when we first moved in, there was an option I think to get wifi but I opted to just use unlimited data instead as it was easier.
Registration is possible. However, your name can't be on the doorbell as he is subletting the flat. For post and parcels, you can just add "c/o sven surname" on the delivery address and everything arrives on time :)
Excellent location to Alexander Platz, East Side Gallery. The flat is 2 mins from M10 Tram stop, 5 mins to M6/M5/M8 Tram (from landsberger Alle). Only 10 minute walk to Volkspark F'hain!
