We are swapping our super spacious two-room apartment in the center of Berlin for 10 Days since we will not be in Berlin.
+ The dates are: 30.09.2022 till 09.10.2022
+ It will cost you nothing if we swap our Flats - we are interested in Cities in Italy, Spain, Mallorca, Portugal .... Let us know where your beautiful appartment is and we see if we can arrange a swap
+The date are also somewhat flexible
+ It is located in the heart of Berlin in Moabit, Turmstraße.
+ 70 sqm, 2 rooms, big kitchen, balcony
+ U-Turmstraße is 5 mins walk and buses 1 min walk
It is a typical Berlin "Altbau", with wooden floors, high ceilings, and a lot of light.
The kitchen is fully equipped (+ dishwasher and washing machine). There is also a working space and the wifi is good for everyone doing home-office.
A separate bedroom has a double bed for two people. The bathroom is huge and also has a bathtub.
The flat is in a building with a lot of nice young families. That means small children will live next to you. Loud music - sessions and partys would be a problem. Everything else is cool with us.
