Vermiete die schöne 1,5 -Zimmer Erdgeschosswohnung meiner Mutter im beliebten Weichselkiez in der Nähe von vielen beliebten Restaurants, Bars und dem Kanal.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind nicht von einer Tür getrennt sondern nur einen Türbogen (deswegen 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung).
Meine Mutter möchte in den Urlaub fahren und vermietet nur an eine liebevolle Person, die mit einer verspielten süßen Katze (siehe Fotos) umgehen kann. Aimee ist 12 Jahre alt, sehr verspielt und kommt nur mit Frauen zurecht. Du musst vertrauenswürdig sein, weil sie uns sehr am Herzen liegt. Futter und Katzenstreu stellen wir selbstverständlich zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist eine Altbauwohnung und nicht Berlin-Hipster eingerichtet - es wohnt ja auch eine ältere Frau drin. Es ist aber vollmöbiliert und sehr gemütlich.

I am subletting my mother's beautiful 1.5 -room first floor apartment in the popular Weichselkiez near many popular restaurants, bars and the canal.
The apartment consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom and living room are not separated by a door but only a door arch (that's why its a 1,5 room apartment).
My mom would like to go on vacation and rent only to a loving person who can handle a playful cute cat (see photos). Aimee is 12 years old, very playful and only gets along with women. You must be trustworthy because she is very dear to us. Food and cat litter we provide of course.
The apartment is an old building and not Berlin hipster furnished - there is an older woman living in it. But it is fully furnished and very cozy.
Die Lage ist großartig. Die Wohnung ist fußläufig 5 Minuten vom Kanal in die eine Richtung und 5 Minuten zur Sonnenallee in die andere Richtung entfernt. Nebenan befindet sich die beliebte Bar Nathanja und Heinrich und viele tolle Restaurants.
Bushaltestellen gibt es fußläufig zwei Stück (5-7 Minuten entfernt) und der Hermannplatz ist 12 Minuten entfernt.
Einen Bioladen gibt es um die Ecke, genauso wie viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist barrierefrei.

The location is great. The apartment is within walking distance 5 minutes from the canal in one direction and 5 minutes to Sonnenallee in the other direction. Next door is the popular bar Nathanja and Heinrich and many great restaurants.
There are two bus stops within walking distance (5-7 minutes away) and Hermannplatz is 12 minutes away.
There is a health food store around the corner, as well as many other shopping options.
The apartment is on the first floor and is barrier-free.
Kontaktieren kannst du mich telefonisch oder hier auf Wg-Gesucht und Besichtigungen und ein Kennenlernen mit meiner Katze können wir immer Sonntags vereinbaren (in Ausnahmen und nach Rücksprache auch an anderen Tagen).
