Hello! We’re Maria & MD and we decided to move to the mountains and therefore are looking for responsible people (best suited would be a couple) who would like to sublet our apartment in the time. We’ll move out permanently from our place in May and there’s a possibility to take over the apartment.
Our apartment is cozy and simple. It's a quiet 77qm apartment with wooden floor, consisting of a kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and window), spacious sleeping room and a spacious living room.
The apartment is located in Schöneweide, in the East of Berlin. It's a quiet area and there's a big forest (Wuhlheide) starting just across the street perfect for long walks or jogging. We spend honestly a lot of time there and it’s our favorite place in the area.
Just 2min from our place are the next grocery shops (ALDI and REWE) as well as DM etc. Only 1min away we have a tram connection to the next S-Bahn stops (Karlshorst or Schöneweide). Due to constructions (hopefully ending soon), there is currently a replacement bus to Schöneweide station. The S-Bahn is well connected with the rest of the city.
To city center: 40min
To Neukölln: 20min
To Kreuzberg: 30min
We would prefer to rent out the apartment for the whole period of time.
No smoking inside the apartment and no pets allowed.
When we make a contract, we would like to ask you for a pay slip, job contract or any other proof of income.
