Hello!
I found a lovely apartment in Neukölln near Tempelhof and am attempting to arrange a flat swap with the current tenant for my current apartment, in return for her to recommend me to the landlord of this apartment.
It has 2 big rooms, one is 27m2 and the other is 20m2 and has a balcony, and a smaller room with a hochbett which is 12m2. As it’s not yet my apartment I won’t post pictures here, but if someone is serious about sharing the apartment with me then I can send you via whatsapp.
If you are interested and have the relevant documents - (SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) , 3 months previous payslips ect), please get in touch asap as we have to move fast!
A bit about me: I’m 27 years old and from London but have lived in Berlin for the last 3 years and I love the Neukölln and especially Tempelhof area. I enjoy living with people and am a considerate flat mate. Looking forward to hearing from you!!

Ich habe eine schöne Wohnung in Neukölln in der Nähe von Tempelhof gefunden und versuche, mit der jetzigen Mieterin meiner jetzigen Wohnung einen Wohnungstausch zu vereinbaren, damit sie mich im Gegenzug dem Vermieter dieser Wohnung empfiehlt.
Sie hat 2 große Zimmer, eines ist 27m2 und das andere ist 20m2 und hat einen Balkon, und ein kleineres Zimmer mit einem Hochbett, das 12m2 ist. Da es noch nicht meine Wohnung ist, werde ich hier keine Bilder posten, aber wenn jemand ernsthaft daran interessiert ist, die Wohnung mit mir zu teilen, kann ich Ihnen per Whatsapp senden.
