Happy new year, my future roommate! 😄
My current roommate Helmet is going to leave at the end of February therefore I would like to rent his room for a new roommate.
Room
The 14m² room in our 2-person shared flat impresses with the one arge windows that flood the room with sunlight, a high ceiling typical of an old building and a floorboard. A gas heater provides the necessary heat in winter if required. In the large kitchen there is a small chamber where we store food and other things. The balcony is attached to the kitchen, Helmut will take the furniture in the room with him.
WG life
You would live with me Wei (29, male), who is currently doing my Phd degree of Neuroscience at Bochum University. I'm a quiet, sociable guy who, in addition to my work and studies, likes to work out in a Gym studio, travel and enjoy the music . Due to my work, I'm kind of busy during the weekdays but I would like to chat or have fun with you in the weekend if you want. If you prefer a more quiet lifestyle, that also works for me.
location
The apartment is about 10-15 minutes walk from the main station near the city center. The stops Lohring & Freigrafendamm (302, 305, 310) can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes, from where you can reach the main station in 2-4 minutes. There are also metropolrad Ruhr bike-sharing stations at both stops. To the stop Oskar-Hoffmann-Str. (U35) it is about a 10-15 minute walk, so that the Ruhr University or the college can be reached in about 20 minutes. The Springorum cycle path is also in the immediate vicinity.
A REWE, a Biokauf and a Netto offer sufficient shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (approx. 3 minutes on foot). In addition, there is an ALDI and a brand new Netto in the extended environment. There is also the drugstore Rossmann one stop away from Freigrafendamm. Several
Snacks (here mainly sandwiches made of wheat flour from the oven are offered) and bakeries are also available. There is also a post office and a pharmacy nearby. The Hardeck furniture store is not too far away either. The Ruhr Park shopping center can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus (368).
Miscellaneous
The rent is €300 (incl. water & gas). In addition, there are additional costs for electricity and internet of currently approx. 50 €. In addition, the broadcasting fee may be added..
Small kitchen appliances such as toasters and kettles are available and remain in the flat share. You would only have to buy a part of washing machine and a vacuum cleaner(Helmut and i brought this, and he is prefer to leave without washing machine and a vacuum cleaner ). we can discuss this details if possibile.
