Hallo,
wegen Uni-wechseln vermiete ich in dieser Zeit meine 2-Zimmerwohnung in der Nähe der Uni (5min zum Unicenter zu Fuß), zur ÖPNV je nachdem 2-5min. Zum Einkaufen ist es auch ganz praktisch.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert mit Herd (inkl. Backofen), 2 großen Kleidenschänke, 2 Einzelbette mit Matratze. Esstisch, Arbeitstisch sowie Stühle sind auch vorhanden. Internet ist auch dabei mit RUB-benutzname.
Ich bezahle monatlich über 400€ (inkl. Strom) aber vermiete nur 350€. Die Kaution wird natürlich erstattet, wenn alles in Ordnung ist.
Die Wochenmieter ist auch möglich.
Da ich momentan nicht in Bochum, deswegen soll ein Besichtigungstermin vernünftig vorher vereinbart werden.
