Die Wohnung ist 70 qm groß, ein Altbau mit hohen Decken und dem typischen Charme. Es gibt 2 gleich große Zimmer (etwa 16 qm) und eine große Wohnküche. Ein Zimmer hat Parkett, das andere Teppich, in der Küche liegt Laminat. Das Bad ist eher klein, hat aber eine Badewanne. An der Küche ist ein kleiner Balkon und eine Abstellkammer. Eine Einbauküche mit Herd und Abzugshaube ist vorhanden und kann nach Vereinbarung übernommen werden.
Die Nachbarn sind unkompliziert und es gibt einige Studenten im Haus.
Kaltmiete 240€, 70€ Nebenkosten, ca. 100€ für Strom und Gas.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Oskar-Hoffmann-Straße, die Haltestelle ist ca. 50m entfernt und von dort fährt die U-Bahn direkt zur Uni. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke, sowie Kiosks, Cafés, Kneipen und Restaurants. Zu Fuß sind es keine 10min zum Hbf, in die Innenstadt ca. 15min.
