Wegen meinem Auslandsaufenthalt biete ich ab sofort meine ganze Wohnung (ganz frisch renoviert) an zu vermieten(voraussichtlich bis Ende Februar 2014). Die Mietdauer können wir gerne auch nach Absprache festlegen. Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne voll möblierte Wohnung (Waschmaschine, Fernseher, Internet Flat usw...) Insgesamt wohne ich auf ca. 59m²: Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, große Küche, Bad (mit Badewanne)…
Ich freu mich auf eine Nachricht.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe dem Zentrum mit sehr guter Anbindung. Tram Station liegt vor der Tür. Von hier bist du in 10 min zu Fuß oder 2 Tram Stationen in der Innenstadt. Bäckerei, Edeka und Aldi sind zu Fuß zu erreichen (5 min.)… Die Jahrhunderthalle Bochum bzw. den grossen Park (sehr praktisch zum Joggen) sind Katzensprung entfernet…
Wenn das jetzt für dich alles toll oder zumindest passabel klingt, dann meld dich doch am besten bei mir, dann können wir Fragen, Einzelheiten und ein Treffen abmachen.
