ich werde bald in eine neue Wohnung ziehen und suche deshalb einen Nachmieter für meine jetzige Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert und ausgestattet mit einem Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle. Im Keller gibt es eine Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine, welche an bestimmten Tagen benutzt werden kann. Für mich ist derzeit der Dienstag zum waschen vorgesehen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist 40 m² groß (2 Zimmer- 1 Wohnzimmer mit Bett, 1 Küche und 1 Badezimmer). Es können also 2 Leute darin wohnen.

Hello all,
I will be moving out to a new apartment soon, so I am looking for someone to take over my present apartment. It is fully furnished with basic electronic equipment - Fridge, Microwave, Baking oven. There is a common washing machine in the cellar which can be used on allocated days. As of now I have Tuesday as my washing day.
Final move-in date is 01.07.2019. The apartment is 40sqm (2 rooms- 1 Livingroom with bed, 1 Kitchen, 1 Batharea with Toilet) and situated on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 2 people.

Die Wohngegend ist sehr zentral. In der Nähe befindet sich das Rathaus Bochum und das Stadtzentrum ist in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem befindet sich in direkter Nähe eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Bochum Präsident Bf). Die Haltestelle ist in 5 Minuten erreicht. Von dort aus gelangt man schnell ins Bochumer Zentrum, nach Gelsenkirchen und Herne.
Der Vermieter und die Nachbarn sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Apartment is located close to Bochum Rathaus. Bochum central can be reached in 10-15 mins by foot. There is a tram station (Bochum Präsident Bf) in less than 5mins of walk, here you can catch trams to Bochum central, Gelsenkirchen and Herne.
The landlord and the neighbours are very friendly and helpful.

Der Mietvertrag muss für mindestens ein Jahr unterschrieben werden und es wird ein gültiger Ausweis (Personalausweis, Reisepass, Führerschein) vorausgesetzt. Nach Einzug muss eine An- bzw. Ummeldung im Bürgerbüro Bochum durchgeführt werden.
Falls Ihr Interesse habt oder jemanden kennt der auf der Suche nach einer neuen Wohnung ist, könnt ihr mich gerne kontaktieren. Die Wohnung kann gerne nach Absprache jeden Wochentag zwischen 18:00 und 20:00 Uhr besichtigt werden.

The apartment must be at least rented for a year and people interested should have a valid ID (passport, residence card, license, etc). After moving in registration at the city hall is compulsory.
