I recently moved in with my partner and so am looking for someone to take over my beautiful one bedroom apartment, located in Wattenscheid, to the west of downtown Bochum.
The apartment is fully furnished and gets a lot of sun in the mornings! It is located on the ground floor, so has easy access to the terrace. I enjoyed having coffee in the mornings there. There is a separate room for the kitchen with a small dining table, and comes with a stove and oven and fridge with a large freezer section. There is also walk in closet.
The apartment is located 10 minutes from the Wattenscheid Bahnhof. There is also an S-Bahn station at Wattenscheid-Höntrop which is nearby. In addition, there is a REWE nearby. For those who work or study at RUB, there is a direct bus to the University which takes 15 minutes and leaves from Wattenscheid Bahnhof.
There is a park in Wattenscheid which is especially nice in the spring and summertimes.
For climbing enthusiasts, there is a bouldering gym, the Boulderbar Wattenscheid, located nearby. The Boulderbar Gelsenkirchen is also easily reachable with public transit or bike and is fantastic. With the S-Bahn there is easy access to the Boulderwelt in Dortmund, the largest bouldering gym in Europe.
