Ich arbeite neben meinem Studium freiberuflich, und dass vor allem im Rheinland. So dass ich aktuell plane, dorthin wegzuziehen.
Damit wird meine 2,5 Zimmer-Wohnung (mit EInbauküche, Bad und Speicher, garage für Fahrräder und üppigem Garten) demnächst frei. Gerne auch zum Tausch mit einer Kölner Wohnung in ähnlichem Preisniveau.
In 2 Minuten ist man an der U308/ 3018 und an Bussen. direkt vorm haus liegt der Wiesenthal-Park. In knapp 30 Minuten bist Du an der RUB.
Die Wohnung liegt unterm Dach; mit Velux-Fenstern und Holzparkett.

Frühstens im September wäre die bleibe abzugeben. es sind geschätzt circa 50 m².
Bitte schicke eine kurze Antwort an mich. Die Entscheidung wird letztlich meine Vermieterin treffen.

Aktuell liegt eine Staffelmiete von 12€ alle 1,5 Jahre vor. Laut meinem laufenden Mietvertrag noch zwei mal.
Mit Nebenkosten komme ich aktuell auf cir 450€. Mein Vodafone-Netzvertrag könnte womöglich übernommen werden.
