Hi, I am offering my two room apartment for a short term and no city registration is possible as me and my wife already registered with this address. The apartment is close to bus ~200 m (3-4 min ride to uni centre) and tram ~500 m (1 min ride to uni centre). It is also possible to walk to the university/uni centre that takes ~15-20 min. In uni centre you can find Rewe, Netto, Rossmann, some restaurents and cafe, asian shop, vegan shop, mobile shop and barbar shop. In addition to uni centre, next to the apartment there is a groceries shop, restaurent, sparkasse bank and barbar shop. The rent also includes electricity bill, heating and internet and No hidden charge.
Before asking for availability please consider:
No city registration or address registration is possible.
Rent need to pay at once for two months and not refundable even if you got a new house to rent.
500€ Deposit need to pay as security.
