Hallo wir sind Luca und Emilia,
wir verreisen für einen Monat und würden daher gerne unsere Wohnung für einen Monat untervermieten. Wir sind selbst erst im Oktober 2023 in die Wohnung eingezogen, diese wurde davor grundsaniert. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, das heisst du musst abgesehen von deiner Kleidung nichts mitbringen da du alles von uns benutzen kannst in diesem Zeitraum.

We are traveling for a month and would like to sublet our apartment for a month. We moved into the apartment in October 2023; it was completely renovated beforehand. The apartment is fully furnished, which means you don't have to bring anything with you apart from your clothes, you can use everything from us during this period.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß 5 min von einer Bahnhaltestelle entfernt und Supermärkte sind auch zu Fuß nur 5 min entfernt. Bei Bedarf steht euch auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung selbst liegt in der wunderschönen Altstadt, mit etwas gluck blühen zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch die Kirschblüten für die Bonn bekannt ist.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from a train stop and supermarkets are also just a 5-minute walk away. If necessary, a bicycle is also available for you.
