Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses in dem eine weitere WG und ein Büro sind. Sie ist hell und man hat einen recht schönen Ausblick. Das Bad ist gerade neu saniert und hat eine begehbare Dusche. Die Küche ist in einem guten Zustand. Der Boden ist ebenfalls neu verlegt und neue Fenster wurden auch eingebaut.
Nebenan befindet sich ein Pferdestall. Man sollte also mit kreuzenden Tieren und Rücksicht auf diese kein Problem haben. Ansonsten ist es entspannt und gemütlich. Trotz der etwas außerhalb liegenden Lage kommt man aufgrund der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel schnell in die Stadt.
Am besten ihr schreibt mir per WhatsApp, dann können wir einen Termin vereinbaren und ihr kommt einfach mal vorbei und seht euch die Sache an.
