Availability: from November 2021 until the end of January 2022 (with the possibility of extension until the end of February).
Warm rent*: 1,100 Euros per month (includes internet and electricity).
We are sub-renting our lovely and cozy apartment in Duisdorf(Bonn).
The apartment is fully furnished, has a great living area (75sqm) and a beautiful garden (25sqm). The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and all the utensils for the kitchen. There are also two desktops with a flat-screen for remote work, and a fast internet connection (Vodafone 250Mbs).
The location is very convenient for public transportation, grocery stores, and the center of Duisdorf for shops and restaurants. It is at 200m from the Duisdorf Bahnhof (by train, S23 will take you in 7 min to Bonn central station, or there are several buses 610, 611, 606, 845 that take between 15 to 20 min to the center). It is within walking distance to the center of Duisdorf with several supermarkets in the neighborhood (e.g. REWE, ALDI, DM, and Penny). If you like to walk, the apartment is close to Duisdorf fields.
