Unsere Wohnung wird ab sofort bis zum 29.02.2024 befristet untervermietet.
Sie ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet.
Die Kaution beträgt 2000 €, die Warmmiete insgesamt 1400 € (davon 1000 € Kaltmiete).
Die Nebenkosten entsprechen einer Belegung mit 2 Personen, im Falle von nur einer Person fallen demnach niedrigere Kosten an.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Sonnenterrasse, die einen großen Garten hinter dem Haus überblickt.
Geeignet für 1-2 Personen, eher für Paare und weniger für WGs. Internet und WLAN sind verfügbar und werden mit den Nebenkosten abgerechnet, ebenso wie der Stromabschlag. Die Nebenkosten werden am Ende der Mietzeit nach tatsächlichem Verbrauch abgerechnet. Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Solar-Kraftwerk installiert, sodass schätzungsweise 10%-15% des von Ihnen verbrauchten Stroms selber produziert werden.
Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft und mehrere Supermärkte.

We rent our flat for a limited time, starting as soon as possible until 29.02.2024 at latest.
The flat has complete furniture and is fully equipped.
A security deposit of 2000 € must be made upon signing the contract.
The total rent is 1400 € per month (1000 € rent + 400 € service charges). Service charges include heat, water, electricity, internet/WiFi, etc. and are billed at the end of the renting period according to the actual consumption. They are calculated for 2 person occupation and they will be somewhat lesser for just 1 person. The flat has a large sunny terrace, facing the backside garden of the house. The flat is suited for 1-2 people (ideally, a couple. It is somewhat less suited for non-couples, because of the room layout). Internet and WiFi is included.
The flat is equipped with two solar panels, such that approximately 10-15 % of your electricity consumption can be served by its own production.
There is good parking in the neighbourhood. There are also several supermarkets and bus stations nearby.
