The apartment is on the ground floor of our two story home. It is completely furnished and includes a bedroom with separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was rebuilt in 10/2021 and includes everything you should need (cooktops, microwave grill, fridge, pots & pans, utensils etc - see photos). Wifi is included in the price.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Bonn Endenich, angrenzend an das Messdorfer Feld. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 200 m entfernt. Von dort fahren alle 10 min. Busse in das drei Kilometer entfernte Stadtzentrum. Die Uni Bonn ist ebenfalls nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Direkt gegenüber des Grundstücks befindet sich ein Aldi. Auch andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
The home is in Bonn Endenich, directly beside Messdorfer Field. The bus stop is 200m away, with buses running downtown or to the university every 10 minutes. Both the center and university are only 3km away from our location. Directly across from our property is an Aldi and many other stores are within walking distance.

Wir bieten die Wohnung befristet an, weil wir sie mittelfristig selber nutzen möchten. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Außerdem ist das Rauchen, sowie Veranstaltungen in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.
The monthly rent includes electricity, water, heating, and other additional costs. Wifi is also included. We are offering a limited contract as we plan to use the flat ourselves at some point in the future. Animals and smoking are not allowed in the flat as well as large gatherings.
