wir haben eine sehr schöne, ruhige 42 m² große möblierte Wohnung in Bonn Ippendorf anzubieten.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, eine separate schließbare Küche und ein separates Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie eine Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne, direkt in der Nähe des Naturschutzgebietes.
Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit freiem WLAN, Bett, Sofa, Sessel, großer Schrank, TV, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine.
Eine Terrasse zum Entspannen steht zur Verfügung.
Ein PKW Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist verfügbar.
Die Wohnung wird alle drei Wochen geputzt und das Bett neu bezogen.
Die Kaution wird bei Einzug fällig. Die Miete wird immer zum ersten den Monats gezahlt.

We have a nice, calm furnished 42 m² apartment in Bonn Ippendorf to offer.
You will find a big sleeping and living room, with a separate kitchen and separate bath with shower and WC and a terrace with a view of the greenery.
Inside the apartment is equiped with free Wifi, a bed, sofa, lounge chair, big wardrobe, TV, fridge, dishwasher, washing mashine, microwave oven, hot plates.
Terrace is available as well as a parking lot in front of the apartment.
The apartment ist cleaned every three weeks as well as the bed linen changed.
A deposit ist requiered before moving in. Rent has to be paid on the first of the month.

Die Wohnung ist vom Bonner Hauptbahnhof 4,8 km entfernt. Mit dem Auto brauch man nicht länger als 10 Minuten.
Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist hervorragend. Zwei Busse fahren, im Abstand von 10 Minuten, ganztägig in beide Richtungen. Auch die Nachtbuslinie hält in Ippendorf.
Von den Bushaltestellen bis zur Wohnung sind es noch ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg.
Ippendorf ist sehr ruhig und erhöht gelegen.
The apartment ist approx 4,8 km away from the Bonn central station. By car its about ten minutes.
A bus ist going every ten minutes to Bonn and to Ippendorf.
Walk distance from the stop is about ten minutes.
Die Wohnung wird ausschließlich an Single vermietet. Nichtraucher erwünscht.
Apartment is rented to singles only. None smokers are wished-for.
