unsere 3-köpfige WG wird sich zum 1.10.20 auflösen und daher suchen wir einen geeigneten Nachmieter für diese Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist Ost-West ausgerichtet und besitzt an beiden Enden jeweils einen Balkon (siehe Grundriss). Die Wohnung wurde 2017 frisch renoviert übernommen. Hier etwas zur Anbindung:

Das Uniklinikum Bonn: fußläufig in 25min erreichbar/7min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (630)
Innenstadt: fußläufig <5 min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (602)

Die Miete beträgt 870€ + etwa 200€ Nebenkosten (Hausverwaltung, Heizkosten, Abfallentsorgung, etc) Der Mietpreis ist fix (keine Mietpreisstaffelung oder Ähnliches)

Neben den im Grundriss gezeigten Wohnräumen, ist ein kleines abschließbares Kellerabteil mit inkludiert. Unseres Wissens nach kann nach Rücksprache mit der Hausverwaltung eine Stellplatz für zzügl. 50€ mit angemietet werden.

In der Wohnung befindet sich eine farblich passende Einbauküche, die für 700VB ausgelöst werden kann. Zudem können einige weitere Möbelstücke erworben werden.

We are a WG of 3 scientists and a cat, who have been working at the University Hospital and will soon disband to pursue careers in different parts of the world. We are looking for a tenant, who would like to take over our apartment in Ippendorf starting on October 1st 2020.
