The apartment is suitable for everyone.
The kitchen is full equipped with everything you can imagine. Washingmashine included.
The living room has a full sized piano and a lot of other instruments to play on. A flatscreen TV with a PlayStation before a big couch you find too.
Besides that you have a big table to eat and work on.
A balkony with wooden floor concludes the living room.
In the bedroom you find a big bed which is fantastic to sleep on.
Also you have a lot of space to store your clothes, etc.
The beautiful bathroom has a shower, towels and a blowdryer in it.

The bus station is a 1min walk away.
There goes frequently a special "Fast-Bus" to the Main Station in the City. It takes 10min max.
A smaller train station is close too.
The highway is just two turn away, so you will be in Cologne in ca 25min by car.
A few hundred meters away you find a grocery-store.
Interaction with guests:
I'm always available over the phone during your stay.
If there are any problems there is also a contact person nearby.
The Neighborhood:
Everyone is calm and friendly.
It's a very nice environment to stay in.
Not too anonymous but everyone has their space.
