Die Wohnung wird mit einem Parkplatz vermietet (80€ sind in NK enthalten). Fahrradkeller sowie Fahrrad-Stellplätze im Innenhof. Carsharing gibt es auch direkt im Innenhof.

I am looking for the new tenant to take over my beautiful Altstadt apartment by Feb 1, 2024. The apartment has 2 spacious rooms and a bathroom with bathtub. Living rooms with kitchen has a balcony. Bedroom has a french balcony.
Kitchen (excl. fridge) should be purchased/ taken over for 1.000 €.
There is a dedicated parking space in the yard, the costs are already included in the apartment rent.
Yearly rent increase of 2,5% (on net cold rent)
Right of termination after 3 years.
