I am subletting my appartment in Poppelsdorf for a perriod of 5-6 weeks (27 August - 5 October). Suitable for 1-2 people who need temporary accomodation, ready to move in with the suitcase only.
- 61 sqm, 2 rooms, kitchen, large terrace, fully furnished
- fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, TV, internet...
- two supermarkets just around the corner, just two minutes away from the Clemens-August-Str. full of great bars and restaurants, the Botanical Garden and the Poppelsdorfer Castle.
Very nice and safe area. Closest bus station is just 2 minutes away, three busses go to the city center every 5-10 minutes (601,602, 603) and walking or biking to the city center is also very convinient and pleasant via the Poppelsdorfer Allee.
As this the the apartment I currently live in and it has all my belongings, I am looking for somebody trustworthy and who would treat it with care and keep it clean. Bonus points for somebody who can water and talk to my plants. Lovely coffee free of charge :-)
