Der Fußboden ist in Parkett ausgeführt. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Gegensprechanlage und einen ISDN-/ Kabelanschluss.

The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house built in 1987. The apartment has a small entrance hall with a shoe-rack connected to a large hall for living/bedroom with open kitchen area. Over a small intermediate corridor, it is connected to the shower and toilet (inside). Furthermore a cellar room belongs to the apartment. Optionally a parking space can be rented in the in-house underground car park. Cycle parking can be found in the underground garage.
The apartment is furnished recently with a fitted kitchen including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and a ceramic cook top.
