Wir suchen eine/n Nachmieter/in für unsere schöne kleine Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Einbauküche (mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen), Bad mit Dusche, einer Waschmachine im Keller, einem Einbauschrank im Schlafzimmer und ein Hochbett, dass man wahlweise auch als Ablagefläche für Bücher o.ä. nutzen kann. Die Wohnung ist 45 Quadratmeter groß, durch die Hochebene aber sogar etwas größer. Die Lage ist super zentral, man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Fußgängerzone, am Hauptbahnhof oder an der Uni. Die Warmmiete (enthält auch Stromkosten) für eine Person beträgt 585 Euro (mehrere Mieter (WG, Päärchen, etc.) in der Wohnung sind vom Vermieter leider nicht gewünscht).
