ich möchte meine schöne 2-Zimmer Whg. ab dem 01.10.11 untervermieten - gerne für sechs Monate mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung (es ist aber kein Muss und die Dauer der Zwischenmiete kann auch verhandelt werden).
Die Wohnung hat viele große Fenster und ist daher lichtdurchflutet und hell. Sie ist vollmöbliert (siehe Photos) inklusive Fernseher, DVD Player mit Dolbysurround. Auf dem Sonnenbalkon können leicht vier Leute sitzen. In der Küche kann man sich auch zu zweit hinsetzen.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, 5 min. mit Fahrrad von der Altstadt entfernt, gute Verkehrsanbindungen.
Da ich nur ab und zu in Bonn bin, würde ich gerne für das kommende Wochenende Termine für Wohnungsbesichtigungen vergeben. Diese würden wahrscheinlich zwischen Freitag, 09.09.11 und Sonntag, den 11.09.11 fallen.

Dear All,
I would like to sublet my 2-room apartment from 01.10.11 onwards - preferably for six months with possibility of extension (this is not a must, the duration of the subletting time can be negotiated).
The apartment has a lot of big windows and therefore, it is light flooded. It is fully furnished (please, see pictures) inclusive TV, DVD Player with Dolbysurround. Four people can easily sit on the sun-balcony and two people can sit in the kitchen.
The apartment is centrally located, 5 min. by bike to the old city, good public transport connections.
As I am only sometimes in Bonn, I would like to fix appointments to visit the apartment for the upcoming weekend, i.e. between Friday, 09.09.11 and Sunday, 11.09.11.
