Hallo zusammen,

die helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich in unserem Jugendstil Haus in der Bonner Altstadt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, aus einer separat-verschließbarer Küche und einem Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer ist über den Flur erreichbar. Die Räume sind vor einem Jahr renoviert worden und daher modern. Zudem bietet eine ca. 20qm große Außenterrasse, in den Innenhof gerichtet, einen Rückzugsort im Sommer und steht zu Ihrer Verfügung. Die Küche bietet viel Stauraum und ist voll eingerichtet. Zudem ist auch das Schlafzimmer wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet.

Wir, zwei Geschwister (29 und 27 Jahre) wohnen im Erdgeschoss und auf der ersten Etage des Hauses, daher teilen wir uns den Flur und den gleichen Hauseingang. Wir sind beide Berufstätig und daher nur Abends und am Wochenende zuhause.

Eine WG ist leider nicht möglich, falls man die Wohnung als Paar mieten möchte fallen weitere 100€ an.

Hey there,

the bright 2-room apartment is in the center of Bonn's Altstadt. The apartment is on the second floor of our townhouse and consists of a bed-and living room and a separated kitchen. The bathroom is right outside in the hallway. Additionally, there is a approx. 20 qm big terrace with sun beds, that is especially nice in warm summer evenings. The house was renovated just shortly ago, therefore it is modern even though it was build in 1889. The kitchen is fully furnished for any use as well as the bedroom are furnished as shown in the pictures.

We, brother and sister, live in the basement and first floor of the house. We will share the communal space in the hallway as well as the entrance. However, the bedroom and kitchen can be locked at anytime. Both of us are hard-working young professionals, therefore we are only home in the evenings or on the weekends.

We are especially looking for weekend commuters and professionals that live in Bonn during the week.
