Beautiful 2,5 spacious room appartment, with a wonderfull view in an historical building at Bonn city center.

Hello everybody,
I am currently moving to Berlin for finishing my PhD there and unfortunately, I have to leave my beautiful apartment, located in the city center in the direction to Sudstadt. The apartment is the only flat on the last floor (huge attic) of a historical building. Sound and thermal insulation are provided by renovated windows.

It is consisted of 2 large bedrooms and a third small one, a separate kitchen and a separate bathroom, so it is ideal for a couple or two friends.

The apartment is furnished by the owner so you have to accept everything that is included. More precisely:
1 bedroom with sofa bed for 2 persons and a single bed, coffee table, and desk, living room cabinet, well-lit workspaces.

1 bedroom with two sofas and 1 double bed, dining table, a cabinet, and a wardrobe closet.

1 Quiet living/dining room with sofa, coffee table, and an extra wardrobe closet.

Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment and an extra large freezer are available.

Spacious bathroom with bath, 2 sinks, a closet, and shelves to store your things.

Some additional minor things are also included (like chairs, an iron/iron board, coat hanger, and some wall decorations)

All the costs except electricity are included in the 900 Euros per month.



Kitchen equipment (dishes, cups etc) is also provided.
