Zudem befindet sich ein eigenes, abschließbares Kellerabteil sowie ein gemeinschaftlicher genutzter Waschraum für den Anschluss von Waschmaschine und Trockner. Fahrradstellplätze mit Möglichkeit zur Befestigung befinden sich im Haus (Keller).

I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor (top floor) with balcony in Bonn's Old Town. The location is super central.
The wonderful apartment is full of light and divided into a large living/bedroom and a very nice dining kitchen (see floor plan). The terrace is beautiful with a view of the old town church and treetops. The rooms are fitted with real wood parquet flooring.
In addition, there is a private, lockable cellar compartment as well as a shared laundry room for the connection of washing machine and dryer. Bicycle parking spaces are located in the house (basement).

utilities: 120€
all-in rent:750€ (rent including heating, general expenses; electricity extra)

The flat is super centrally located in the popular old town of Bonn. 1 minute walk to the pedestrian zone; 2min to S-Bahn and 5 minutes walk to the main station.
WICHTIG:
-Die Küche ist nicht der Teil der Wohnung und wurde von mir Ende 2015 eingebaut. Die Übernahmekosten der Küche sind 3.500€ für alles inklusive Herd/Ofen/Spülmaschine/Mikrowelle/Kühlschrank/Eisschrank. Auch andere Möbel können nach Vereinbarung übernommen werden.
-Die Wohnung ist für 1 Person in Festanstellung gedacht. Die Vermieter möchte die Wohnung nicht an Paare und Studenten vermieten (tut mir leid!!!).
